Setting up Auto-Pay in Your Account

You can make a payment with a credit card at any time by logging into the studio portal.

Follow the directions below to set up Auto-Pay with a credit card. All of our online payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe (PayPal is used for those who have set up AutoPay prior to December 15, 2023).

1. Log in to the studio portal.

2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on your name and select “Profile Settings”.

3. Under Payment Options, click Add Card.

4. Enter your card information. Be sure that the address you enter matches the address that the card-issuing bank uses (check your information online or use what is printed on the envelope when they send you mail).

5. At the very bottom, under Auto Pay, check the box labeled “Automatically pay emailed invoices”.

6. Click Save.

You should now be able to see your card saved in your profile along with the “Auto Pay ON” notation next to it!
